5. Payments and Fraud Prevention We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal, Affirm, and AfterPay. By submitting your payment information, you authorize LEAFLOOP and our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable amount. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders that flag our fraud prevention systems until the payment authorization can be fully verified.

Our shipping procedures, handling times (0-1 business days), and transit times (3-5 business days) are governed by our official Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order is processed, it falls under our Return & Refund Policy. Authorized returns are subject to a $10.00 return shipping fee and a $10.00 restocking fee, deducted from your final refund.
